Privacy policy

This website is run by MJ Analytics Ltd (company number 08097805, registered office Apollo House, Hallam Way, Whitehills Business Park, Blackpool FY4 5FS). In this policy, "I" and "me" mean Maneesh Juneja and MJ Analytics Ltd. I'm responsible for the personal information you share through this site. If you have any questions, email maneesh@mjanalytics.com.

What I collect and why

  • Contact form: your name, email address, organisation (if given) and message, so I can reply to you.
  • Booking a video call: your name, email address, phone number (if given) and your answers to the booking questions, so I can arrange the call and prepare for it. Bookings are handled by Squarespace Scheduling (Acuity), and the calendar invitation and Google Meet link are sent through Google Workspace.
  • The Uncounted newsletter: if you subscribe, Substack holds your email address under its own privacy policy. You can unsubscribe at any time with one click.
  • WhatsApp and iMessage: if you message me, those messages are handled by Meta or Apple under their own terms.
  • Using the website: Squarespace collects basic information about visits (such as pages viewed and the type of device) to keep the site running and to show me how it's used. See Cookies below.

The legal basis is my legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and running my business, or taking steps you've asked for before we agree to work together.

Who sees it

Only me, and the services I use to run this website and my business: Squarespace (website, forms and scheduling), Google (email, calendar and video calls) and Substack (newsletter). Some of these providers may process information outside the UK, with the safeguards the law requires. I never sell your information.

How long I keep it

Enquiries and booking details are kept for up to two years after we were last in touch. If we work together, I keep business records for as long as UK tax and accounting rules require, usually six years.

Your rights

You can ask me for a copy of the information I hold about you, or ask me to correct it, delete it, or stop using it. Email maneesh@mjanalytics.com and I'll reply within one month. If you're unhappy with how I've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
